Grievances and complaints

If you have a complaint or grievance, please write to our Grievance Officer:

Grievances are acknowledged within 24 (twenty-four) hours and resolved within 15 (fifteen) days, in accordance with applicable law.

Important — Anti-impersonation notice

• We communicate with you only through email addresses ending in @thebondproject.in and through the Platform itself.
• We will never ask you for your broker password, UPI PIN, banking credentials, or OTPs.
• We will never ask you to make a payment to any personal bank account, UPI ID, or wallet.

If you receive any communication that claims to be from "The Bond Project" but comes from any other email address, phone number, or social media account, please treat it as suspicious and report it to rubin@thebondproject.in.
