By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer.

1. Information Provided "As Is"

All information, data, content, indicators, scores, charts, analytics, and computations displayed on the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, solely for informational, analytical, and educational purposes. The Platform is not intended for, and should not be used as the basis for, any trading or investment decision without independent verification and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified professional.

2. User Assumes Risk

You assume the entire risk arising from your use of the Platform and any reliance you place on Content displayed on it. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform. 8. Liquidity Indicator and Proprietary Analytics

The Platform displays the Liquidity Indicator and may display other proprietary indicators, scores, signals, or analytics. These are model-driven outputs derived from observed historical and reference data, using standard and proprietary methodologies developed by Fortyglyph Private Limited. Such outputs:

(a) are not investment advice, recommendations, predictions, or guarantees of future outcomes;

(b) do not incorporate transaction costs, brokerage, statutory charges, taxes, slippage, or other execution-related impacts;

(c) are based on inputs that have not been independently audited or validated;

(d) are subject to model error, data lags, sparsity, structural breaks in market behaviour, and methodological revision;

(e) are provided as one input among many for your analytical use only, and investment decisions must be made independently.

Methodologies are proprietary and may change without notice.

9. Portfolio Tracking Values

The Platform may display indicative figures relating to your holdings, including but not limited to indicative annual coupon, scheduled cash flows, indicative maturity value, indicative yield-to-maturity, portfolio-level scheduled income, and portfolio-level cash-flow schedules.

Such figures are computed from offer-document information, holdings data fetched from your Broker, and prevailing reference data. They are indicative only and the amounts you actually receive may vary due to:

(a) taxation, including but not limited to tax deducted at source (TDS), capital gains tax, securities transaction tax, surcharge, and cess;

(b) issuer actions, including but not limited to call, put, restructuring, default, delay in payment, or rating downgrade;

(c) corporate actions;

(d) changes to your holdings between the time of computation and the time of receipt;

(e) settlement, rounding, and convention differences;

(f) market or systemic events.

10. Regulatory Status

As of the date of this Disclaimer, Fortyglyph Private Limited is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as:

• a Stockbroker;
• an Online Bond Platform Provider (OBPP);
• an Investment Adviser;
• a Research Analyst; or
• any other intermediary under the SEBI Act, 1992.

The Platform does not act in any of these capacities. The Platform does not handle, custody, or transfer User funds or securities at any point. All execution, settlement, KYC, and fund handling are conducted solely by your chosen Broker.

We will update this section if and when our regulatory status changes.

11. Educational Content

Blogs, articles, FAQs, glossaries, calculators, and similar educational material made available on the Platform are intended to support learning and general understanding of fixed-income markets. They are not advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.

15. Broker-Related Disclaimers

The Platform integrates with Brokers via OAuth to enable portfolio aggregation and order routing. We are not responsible for Broker downtime, order rejections, partial executions, brokerage charges, contract notes, statements, KYC processes, or any other Broker-side matter. Disputes regarding execution, settlement, charges, or any other Broker-side matter should be raised with your Broker first, including via the Broker's grievance redressal mechanism and the SEBI SCORES portal.

16. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

17. Limitation of Liability

Liability of Fortyglyph Private Limited arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited as set out in the Terms of Use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

18. Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer, subject to the Terms of Use.
